Securityhub Clinic is a professional companion app for medical-center staff. The developer account is Sameh Hasheem. For support or privacy requests, contact info@securityhubai.com. This page explains the Clinic mobile app alongside the SecurityHub AI privacy policy.
Clinic information and access
Your medical center supplies and controls its staff, patient and appointment records. After a center approves your device, the app accesses the information allowed for your assigned doctor or room, including patient names, appointment times and statuses, queue tickets, room assignments, operational tasks and work reports. These records can reveal that a person has an appointment with a healthcare provider. The app sends your requested queue and appointment operations to the selected center. Each linked center has separate authorization.
Device and security information
Pairing creates an installation-specific cryptographic identity and sends its public key, a random device identifier, platform, manufacturer/model, operating-system and app-version information to the service. The service also processes connection and request information, including IP addresses and security/audit records, to operate the service and prevent misuse. The app uses protected local storage for pairing and unlock information. Private signing keys remain in the device's protected key storage.
Biometrics and notifications
Fingerprint and Face ID authentication are performed by your operating system. Clinic receives the result, not your fingerprint or face data. Biometrics are optional; a local PIN can unlock the app. Notification permission is optional. If enabled, the app registers a push token and language preference with the service. Expo's notification service and Apple or Google's push service process the token and notification payload to deliver alerts. Alert text contains no patient names or identity numbers; unlock the app to view details. You can disable alerts in Clinic or in system settings.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to deliver authorized clinic operations, synchronize appointments and queues, generate work reports, send requested alerts, support users and secure the service. Hosting and notification providers process the information necessary for these functions. Clinic does not sell personal information, serve advertisements, or use advertising tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone, photo library or camera.
Retention and requests
Removing a linked center revokes that app pairing and removes its saved local authorization; it does not delete the center's patient or audit records. Medical centers manage retention of their records according to their obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of clinic records, contact the relevant center. For removal of app/device data or other privacy requests, contact info@securityhubai.com and identify the center and request; do not send patient medical records or passwords by email. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or contractual reasons as described in the SecurityHub AI policy.
Professional use and demonstration center
The app is intended for authorized adult healthcare staff. It supports clinic administration and does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical judgment. The center labelled Securityhub Clinic Demo contains synthetic demonstration records only, separate from customer centers.
